Terms & Conditions
Working hours: Normal, Monday - Friday working hours, I’m generally online by 8 AM and jump off around 4 PM for happy hour and either a walk with the dog to the river to toss some flies or a spin class.
Communication channels: Email and text messages are my preference, during the above business hours. If it is an emergency don’t call 911, they can’t help so just give me a ring.
Project scope: Before we begin you will submit a request for proposal as well as a client intake form. This will help us align and create realistic timelines. From this point you will get a project scope if you accept we will sign a contract for the work to be completed. Any additional work outside of the original scope will be billed at $75/hour.
Payment terms: All services will require a deposit. For a la carte services a 50% deposit is due up front…this deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. For full service packages, the deposit will depend on the required work load.
Client behavior: Please be honest with how you feel, what you want and when you want it by. I’m here to help your business grow, so I think it’s fair we start off with our best selves. I do reserve the right to end a contract if I find you are being rude or abusive.
